Sony’s Laser Home Theater Projector

The Sony VPL-VW995ES, which uses a laser as its light source and claims up to 2,200 lumens in brightness, delivers native 4K resolution that creates a lifelike and vivid image every time you turn on your home theater’s entertainment system. With 8.8 million pixels, your entire screen will be crystal-clear and far superior than from a standard HD projector.

Sony’s VPL-VW995ES also features Digital Focus Optimizer technology, which helps to ensure accurate focus and dynamic contrast ratio throughout the film. The result: Stunning detail, vibrant colors and an impactful image.

Sony also showcased two additional 4K-native projectors at CEDIA 2018 with lower price points – each still delivering top-of-the-line image quality and certified for the new IMAX-enhanced program. These three projectors will all be available beginning this fall.

Lutron Palladiom Motorized Shades

Also showcased at the 2018 CEDIA Expo was Lutron’s Palladiom shading system, its sleek and sophisticated line of shades that are a stunning addition to any smart home design.

Lutron calls Palladiom “the little black dress” of window treatments – its elegant design allowing it to fit into any home style with the added convenience of the ability to control it from your smartphone or in-wall keypad.
