A KC Metro native, Ryan grew up on a farm just 50 miles south, leading him to attend Pittsburg State University to obtain his degree in Finance and Business Administration. During university, Ryan accepted a position in the transportation industry that lead him back to Kansas City after graduation. During his time in the transportation industry, Ryan honed his skills in operations, sales performance and marketing development management. This experience, combined with his love for technology – led Ryan to find a rewarding new opportunity with BRAVAS, and he joined the Kansas City team in 2023. In addition to being a frequent lake-goer, Ryan’s other personal hobbies include cheering on the Chiefs and trying to spend as much time in the outdoors as possible. Ryan is excited about his time to come with BRAVAS and the technology industry, and looks forward to bringing his charisma to the team!

A Kansas native, where he resides with his wife and two sons, Steve has a strong connection with the local vibe and growth experienced of the Kansas City area. He is an alumni of the University of Kansas with degrees in economics. As with most experts in our industry, the love of technology and music morphed from an enjoyable hobby to a career, where he now serves on Kansas City’s Sales & Design team, joining BRAVAS in 2017. Steve has been a part of the luxury automation industry since 1998 as part of Midwest rep firm specializing in high end equipment. Steve had the opportunity to experience and learn from every integrator during that time and chose to incorporate the very best practices into his projects. Naturally, the user experience is paramount when creating the best possible solution for his clients. Steve is a CEDIA certified low voltage system designer and partners with NARI, HBA, architects, interior designers and remodelers.

Michael joins BRAVAS with 15 years of expertise in sales and sales management. His background working with AV Reps gave him insight on the importance of design in technology, enabling him to teach integrators to make emotional connections with tech. Michael loves how lighting can add magic to any room design and is dedicated to turning his clients' visions into reality. Michael is a military veteran with over 20 years of service as a Medic and Occupational Therapy assistant. Recently engaged, he enjoys family time with his future bride and their combined three children, watching his son's football games, and working on home remodeling projects. Committed to contributing his diverse skills, Michael has quickly become an integral part of the BRAVAS team.

Harry Mehlman has been designing home entertainment systems for more than 15 years. Born and raised in Philadelphia, Harry's journey into the world of home theater and home automation began with helping clients with their vacation homes at the Jersey Shore. His early experiences laid the foundation for his passion for custom A/V installations and exceeding customer expectations. Harry's current role as a Technology Advisor showcases his expertise in designing bespoke Home Entertainment and Automation installations for luxury homes. Managing projects from blueprints to billing, he fosters strong client relationships, ensuring an exceptional, personalized experience. Outside of his professional life, Harry Mehlman infuses the discipline gained from his active lifestyle, including Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and obstacle course races, into his work. This discipline translates seamlessly, contributing to his success and excellence with BRAVAS.
