Meet Kristian Fackenthall
Wanting to follow in his father’s footsteps (who was a physician), Kristian started his professional career with a degree in Physical Therapy, and ran his own clinic for 5 years. It’s at this point that he learned he was incredibly interested at running a business. This love for business ownership drove the next few decades of Kristian’s career, when he sold his PT clinic and spent the last 22 years in owning, managing and growing companies specifying in land development, condos and high-end custom homes, as well as disaster restoration. Kristian is the father of two adult sons, an avid wilderness explorer, a passionate photographer & videographer, and if that doesn’t fill most of his free time, you can find him on the golf course. A jack-of-all-trades, master of several - Kristian joined the BRAVAS team in September, 2022 and is excited to grow with our team and our clients!

Meet Adam Weisgerber
Adam brings more than 15 years of experience building positive customer relationships such as the Colorado Department of Transportation, PCL Construction, among numerous others. Thanks to his innate ability to solve problems, Adam is continually advocating for the needs of his clients’ best interests, both in terms of budget, and the value that exceeds that budget. Adam has earned multiple audio and video certifications from trade associations and major manufacturers like Crestron, JBL, and more, making him the secret envy of the office, though he’d never admit it. Currently, he is focused on earning the CTS-D certification from Avixa and looks forward to translating that knowledge into easy-to-understand concepts and systems for the benefit of the clients he serves.
When not creating incredible experiences, Adam refuels his mind and body outdoors with fly-fishing and snowboarding. When he is indoors, Adam consumes podcasts and fiction
