That is why we now offer a variety of complimentary and paid support plans to ensure that all of our clients’ expectations are met. Whether you require standard business hours support, direct access to our help desk, or proactive remote systems monitoring and management, we have a plan for every need you might have.

Standard Warranty
If having access to our support team only during normal business hours (9am-5pm) meets your needs, then our free Standard Warranty is the right choice for you. If your home technology encounters problems after hours, you can always upgrade your plan to receive immediate support. If your system has gone down and you need loaner equipment while waiting for parts to be repaired, that will cost $450 under the Standard Warranty. (Loaner equipment is subject to availability, although we do carry most parts.)
Blue Plan
Many of the components of your home automation system will primarily be used outside of regular business hours. Should anything go wrong, the Blue Plan ($35/month) gives our clients priority access to our after-hours help desk, and the peace of mind of knowing that any time a problem should arise, help is just a phone call away. The cost of loaner equipment drops to $250 with our Blue Plan, and we also offer a 5% discount on hourly labor rates, which are $125/hour for regular business hours and $180/hour for after hours.
Silver Plan
Our Silver Plan ($125/month) gives clients access to our after-hours help desk, as well as same day and next day in-home support. Loaner equipment is included, and we offer a 10% discount on hourly labor and a 5% discount on materials for repairs and replacements. Our Silver Plan also includes an annual maintenance visit to make sure your system is working at top performance and features any necessary software updates.
Platinum Plan
Want Smart Systems to solve problems before you even know about them? The Platinum Plan ($300/month) allows us to remotely monitor the health of your system. Our Proactive Technology Monitoring saves you a lot of headaches while helping us understand the specific needs of your smart home, giving you a home automation system that is always ready to satisfy your needs. Our Platinum Plan also includes loaner equipment at no extra cost, a 15% discount on hourly labor and 10% discount on materials, and the support and maintenance benefits of our Silver Plan. It’s the ultimate way to keep your system performing at its best, always.
