BRAVAS Indianapolis was recently featured in Haven Magazine, discussing the importance of building a relationship with clients, and how that integrates  into The BRAVAS Way.

In our process we spend the largest part of our sales appointments getting to know our clients, their families, and what they value. We want to know about much more than just what technology they want in their home, we want a holistic understanding of their hopes for their home, and how they desire to live in it.

According to Chad Brewer, General Manager of BRAVAS Indianapolis, “We want to learn about each client’s lifestyle, preferences and dreams, creating a plan that we work on collaboratively.”
