BRAVAS Case Study:
a forever home
for three generations
"These homeowners are empty nesters that were building their forever home. They have 5 grown children with grandchildren, so they built their home to be able to accommodate everyone. Each Child had their own Bedroom Suite and they built a very large bunk room with hopes they will fill it up with many grandchildren."
BRAVAS' Angie Casey worked very closely with their Builder, Interior Design and other trades to try to “hide” as much of our technology as possible. "We came up with a few fun things to acheive what the client wanted. We designed a 360 cabinet door in the kitchen that allows the client to easily “conceal the TV” when not in use. We also had cabinet doors built for their gathering room TV, so that they are able to close them when not in use." says Angie. "The Home Theater projector was built into the soffit, so that it would not just hang down from the ceiling and be an eye sore."
This family entertains a lot, so good quality music was important to them. We installed Sonance’s ceiling bandpass subwoofers in the key areas of the home and also used 4” Speakers to match the size of their can lights. Their dining room had small 3” speakers and ceiling sub to match the smaller can lights. The pool and firepit areas have Sonance’s Landscape Satellite Speakers and Burial Subwoofers that are hidden in planters and landscaping. We also worked in their lakeside boathouse and installed audio and Lutroon Homeworks lighting.
"Overall a Lovely home and the BEST clients that I’ve ever worked with. They completely trusted our entire team throughout the project, from the initial design meeting all the way to handing over the “keys” to their new BRAVAS system."
