Most control systems from brands like Control4, Crestron, Elan and Savant provide the same essential functionality, but they aren’t identical. As a general rule the top-of-the-line smartphones are all expensive, regardless of operating system, but as you move down the range there is more variation. Control systems are similar in that for an average system the prices are all somewhat consistent but depending on the specific features you choose one brand may be more affordable than another.
